Venue: Ibn Sina Academy of Medieval Medicine and Sciences, Aligarh

Prof. Mesut Idriz paid an official visit to the prestigious Ibn Sina Academy of Medieval Medicine and Sciences, Aligarh headed by Hakim Syed Zillur Rahman. Dr Sabir Navas, Director, Academy of Excellence India and Prof Mohd Sanaullah also accompanied the visit. The library contains more than 15000 books and 1100 manuscripts in various languages. The effort put forward by Hakeem Zillurahman in preserving valuable manuscripts is a significant contribution. The academy is also a safehouse of antiquities and artifacts of historical importance in the field of medicine, cultural and historical importance.
